A learning program, with AI built in layers.
An educational delivery tool for a private institution: a structured program of reading and daily practice that members work through week by week. Katachi is building it for the program’s owner.
In closed beta.
We are beta testing a closed, private system with a small group of testers, running on the program’s own content and practice structure.
The AI layers below are being built and added one at a time, each when the program is ready for it.
Three layers, each added only when it is ready.
Mailbox administrator
Reads the program’s inboxes, sorts registrations, feedback and questions, drafts replies for staff to approve, and keeps a list of what still needs an answer. Nothing is sent until a person approves it.
Study companion
Helps members work through each week’s material, answers from the program’s own content, and points to where each answer came from.
Authoring assistant
Helps the program’s author draft and organize each new week of material from the author’s own sources. Nothing reaches members until the author approves it.
It delivers a program and supports the people who run it. It is not counseling, it is not emergency care, and it does not replace the staff who run the program.
Built for one private institution, and designed for congregations, schools and others that deliver a program to their members.
If you run a program for your members and want it delivered this way, we would like to hear from you.
